压电石英体声波器件的应用特点及发展趋势

摘要 压电石英晶体具有高Q值和高稳定的性能,用它作成的体声波谱振器件有十分优良的稳定频率、选择频率和传感的功能,具有损耗低、体积小、寿命长和可靠性高的特点.广泛地应用于军、民用的各种电子装置中,是现代电子工程中不可缺少的关键元器件.文章综述性地介绍了各种体声波器件的应用特点及现代电子工程对其提出越来越高的要求;对当前国内外的技术水平、发展趋势及采用新技术的途径等均分别作了叙述. The piezoelectric quartz crystal features high value and stability.and the BAW devices using this material have excellent properties of frequency stabalization and selection as well as high sencitivi-ty. These devices with small size, long life, low consumption and high stability, have been widely applied in various civil and military electronic equipments. They are the key and necessary devices in advanced eletronic engineering. This paper described the applications and requirements of a variety of BAW devices in advanced electronic engineering,and presented their technologie levels,development trend and the new techniques respec-tively.
