自动“机械手”在核酸提取设备中的应用

Application of "arm-and-hand system" in nucleic acid purification device

针对当前分子生物学的发展,开发了自动控制与手动控制相结合的核酸提取系统。系统主要以89C58单片机为核心,采用A/D转换、液晶显示、位置开关输入、控制键盘输入、继电器输出控制、光电隔离等硬件电路模块组成。通过实际使用表明该系统运动控制稳定,提取效果优,工作效率高,可靠性好,自动化程度高。

Aiming at the current development of molecular biology, we designed the system which is used in distilling nucleic acid with the option of autocontrol and manual controll unit used for research of Molecular-Biology .The control unit based on the single-chip computer 89c58, consisted of A/D converter, LCD display, station switch, control key input, relay output controlled module, photoelec- tricity insulate module etc. The practical operation shows that the system can run well of steady state, excellent distill effect, high efficiency, better security and advinced automation.
