本文对美国、澳大利亚、英国和德国压力容器规范中为防止钢铁材料脆性断裂,对母材和焊接接头的冲击试验、成型、焊后热处理、参考厚度及金属的最低许用温度等要求进行了比较,并描述了它们的不同之处。
The paper compares the requirements and describes differences in an approach to the prevention of britlle fracture of ferrous materials as specified in the American. Australian. British and German Pressure Vessel Codes. Principal attention is given to requirements for impact testing of parent material welding procedwes and production joints, forming, post-weld heat treatment, reference thickness and the minimum permissble metal temperature. The review shows that these codes are similar in general principles but can give such widely different results that development of uniform internationally accepted criteria is recommended.
