摘要 本文介绍了室温条件下2 1/4Cr-1Mo钢在1.1MPa氩气和最高压力达9.9MPa的氢气环境下的断裂疲劳特性及为防止氢致裂纹扩展而在氢气中加入的气体缓蚀剂对钢的疲劳裂纹扩展的影响。发现氧或一氧化碳对防止氢致裂纹扩展有很大作用。另外,还介绍了在人造海水介质中低碳钢焊接接头的腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展特性。 The fracture toughness and the fatigue crack growth properties of the 2.25Cr-1Mo steel were investigated in 1.1MPa argon gas and in high pressure hydrogen gas of up to 9.9MPa at room temperature. The effect of gaseous inhibitors added to hydrogen atmosphere on the fatigue crack gronth of the steel was also investigated to prevent the hydrogen assisted crack gronth. It was found that oxygen or carbon monoxide had much effect to prevent hydrogen assisted crack growth. Furthermore, the influence of residual stresses and freguencies on the corrosion fatigue crack gronth behavior of mild steel butt-welded joint under synthetic sea water was described.
