造纸铸铁烘缸的安全评定

The Safty Assessment for Cast Iron Oven Used in Papermaking

本文参照CVDA—1984、GB4161—1984等有关标准,采用线弹性断裂力学原理对35只铸铁烘缸进行了材料性能试验、强度校核、安全评定,从而解决了该批烘缸的安全使用问题。

The material property test, strength examination, and safty assessment were made for 35 cast iron ovens by the principle of elestic fracture mechanics and in reference to the relevant standards of CVDA—1984 and GB4161—1984, therefore it solved the probems of safty use.
