摘要 本文研究了34Mn2V钢经亚温二次正火后的显微组织和力学性能,讨论了亚温二次正火后,显微组织的改善对低温力学性能的影响亚温二次正火后,使34Mn2V钢的常温强度、低温塑性有所改善,特别是低温韧性有大幅度的提高。试验结果表明:800℃(Ac_3~—10℃)亚温二次正火组织具有优良的强韧性配合,生产中可视为一种有效的强韧化措施。 This paper described the study on microstructures and mechanical properties of steel 34Mn2V after intercritical second normalizing (ISN). It discussed the influence on the mechanical properties at low temperature caused by the improvement of micros tructures after ISN. The result showed that by the ISN, the strength of the steel 34Mn2V at ambient temperature and the duotility at low temperature were improved after ISN, especially the toughness. The experiment shows ISN is a practice to improve properties.
