用国产焊丝焊接纯镍

The Welding Wire Made in China Appied for Weld of Nickel

1 前言有色金属在石油化工行业中的应用日趋广泛。镍是其中主要材料之一。然而,以往纯镍焊接时所用焊丝均为进口焊丝。为了取得国产镍焊丝的使用经验,我们在镍制压力容器上首次使用了国产焊丝。本文就焊接工艺,焊材的选用及其试验结果作一介绍。

It is slightly difficult to weld nickel because of its particular physical and chemical property. Porosity and crack sensibility are the main problem. This paper presents our practice, using the welding wire made in China with correct of welding procedure. The welding of pressure vessel made of nickel is successful.
