摘要
本文就高压容器端盖密封装置的技术发展方向问题进行了全面分析,初步提出了结构合理化发展的基本要素;并介绍和论证了一种新型高压密封装置,该装置采用新型扁平轴向抗剪螺栓联接,且分别采用双圈密封环以及其它两种形环——柔性环和径向C形环作为密封元件以形成自紧密封效果;试验研究和理论分析表明该装置结构合理,将具有显著的技术经济效益和工程应用价值。因此,这将为高压或超高压容器密封技术开辟新的应用前景。
The paper primarily analyses and proposes the key problems and reasonable conditions in the structure optimization design in developing high pressure seal devices; and describes a unique end-closure device with axial flat shear bolts used as connection, the double-ring and other two types of seal elements: flexible ring and radial C-ring which would be respectively used to effect self-tight seal. The comparison study and tests indicate that this high pressure seal technology would have significant economical and engineering advantages, and can be widely used in various pressure vessels.
