摘要
《压力容器无损检测》标准系参照美国ASME第Ⅴ分篇的形式编制而成的一个系列化标准,适用于碳素钢、不锈钢、铝及铝合金、钛及钛合金材料,包括射线、超声、磁粉、渗透和涡流等五种常规检测方法以及缺陷等级评定。本文着重介绍了标准的制订过程、主要制订原则、技术特点、主要构成以及增补和修订的内容。
The nondestructive testing standard of pressure vessel is a series of standards with reference the form of the ASME-V. It is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and its alloys, titanium and its alloys, which covers five conventional methods, including RT、UT、MT、PT and ET, as well as the classification of defects. The process, the main principle, the technical characteristic, the main constitution, the modification and supplement of this standard are introduced in this paper.
