摘要 本课题所研制成功的—45℃,—50℃,—70℃和—101℃级钢及其低温压力容器配管于1987~1992年期间分别通过了省级科学技术鉴定与劳动部门认可。钢管的焊接性能优良,除钢的化学成分有别于国外同级钢种之外,其它各项指标全部满足了JISG3460-84标准与科研新试协议的技术要求,尤其各自钢种的—45℃,—50℃,—70℃和—101℃的夏比冲击功皆为JISG3460-84标准值的5~8倍。 The subject steel and steel pipe developed under the new product development project were successfully appraised and approved by the Sichuan Provincial science & technology appraisal panel and labour department respectively during the period of 1987—1992. Pipes made of the steel show excellent weldability, and all the relevant technical data specified under Standard JISG 3460-84 and the requirements stated in the Scientific Research & New Product Development Agreement for the project have been reached except for the chemical composition of the steel which is different from that of similar steels developed abroad. In particular, the obtained test values of the Charpy impact tests carried under temperatures as -45℃, -50℃, -70℃ and -101℃ respectively are 5—8 times the values as specified under Standard JISG3460-84. As for the totally 6,669. 761 tonnes of the products made and delivered so far under 152 purchase orders, no claim has come from the clients. Evaluated by the end-users and the related experts, same conclusion has been made that the newly developed product has its object quality up to world advanced level for similar foreign products and is worthy using as substitute for the corresponding imported products.
