摘要 1 引言FBR“Monju”反应堆容器(R/V)和反应堆的保护容器(G/V)始建于1986年2月,使用了当时新落成的三菱重工与神户造船的超重型结构车间及最新的生产装备,于1988年10月在现场安装。图1给出了FBR“Monju”R/V及G/V的主要大构件。R/V是一个大的薄壁容器,由12节304型不锈钢锻环组成,上部壳体直径7.8m,中下部直径7.1m,高度17.8m。 The article introduces the technology of assembling and welding for the large 'FBR' reactor vessel. This reactor vessel is a large thin-walled vessel, and it is composed of large diameter stainless steel forgings. The vessel is required with high accuracy and structural integrity in order to hold the core assemblies and secure the control rod insertion. To attain these objectives, the vertical assembling method, the horizontal narrow gap TIG welding equipment with hot wire, and the large NC turning and milling machines were devotoped. By these methods and equipments, the vessel was manufactured successfully with high accuracy.
