摘要
本文根据板壳理论推出,平封头与筒体连接处由于变形协调而产生的附加弯矩及附加力均为两个无量纲参量λ≡T_p/(D_mT_(?))^(1/2)及η≡T_(?)/D_m所确定。文中分析了λ的物理意义,提出了计算附加弯矩及附加力的简化公式。该公式对于工程应用具有足够的精度。
It is well known that a redundant moment and a redundant shear force must be added to both edges of the flat head and the shell when they are connected to the pressure vessel. The stresses in the flat head is sighificantly influenced by the magnitude of the redundant moment. However, the calculation is tedious.Based on the analysis by using the theory of plates and shells, it was found that the magnitude of the redundant moment depends on two nondimensionalized parameters, and η≡T_s/D_m.A simplified calculating method suitable for practical engineering applications is accordingly proposed. The accuracy of the method was proven by the comparison between the results from the theory of plates and shells and from the proposed method.
