摘要
2 -甲硫基丁酸甲酯是一种广泛存在于天然水果中的香料化合物。本文使用经典方法合成了 2 -溴丁酸甲酯,以其为原料,再和甲硫醇钠进行反应,合成了 2- 甲硫基丁酸甲酯,并考察了起始滴加的温度、滴加时间和反应时间对收率的影响,确定了最适宜的合成工艺条件,收率达 91%。产物用气相色谱和IR谱图进行了分析。
Methyl 2-methylthiobutyrate is a flavor compound occurring in many natural fruits. It was synthesized via sodium thiomethoxide and methyl 2-bromobutyrate which was derived from butyric acid using the classical method.The optimized condensation conditions were determined and under such conditions, the highest yield of methyl 2-methylthiobutyrate reached to 91%.The compound was analyzed by Gs and IR.
