摘要
通过对PCD刀具的前刀面磨损形态、刃口磨损形态、后刀面摩损形态及刀具脆性破损形态等几种典型磨损形式进行分析 ,系统研究了PCD刀具的磨损形式和规律 。
By analyzing some typical wearing forms such as rake face wear, cuttin g edge wear, flank face wear, tool brittleness failure and etc., the wearing for ms and rules of PCD tool are systematically researched and the wear mechanism is investigated.
