摘要
顺式二氯二氨合铂(Ⅱ)是目前公认的广普抗癌药物。其水解性能对于此药的保存及使用有重要意义。为此,前人曾利用间接测定氯离子浓度的方法对其进行过研究。本文采用氯离子选择性电极,直接测定氯离子浓度随时间的变化关系,求出水解常数,结果与文献值接近。同时,本文还验证出某些文献中的个别结论不够确切,值得商榷。
It is universally acknowledged that the cis-dichlorodiamminoplatinum (Ⅱ) is a widespread anti-cancer drug at present. Its hydrolytic properties are of importance to its usage. Some experts had studied it by indirectly determinating the Cl^- concentrations. In this paper, we measured the changes of Cl^- concentrations with time by using chloride ion-selectlve electrodes, the hydrolysis constants can be obtained directly. The results are satisfactory as compared with the values of the literature. Meanwhile, a conclusion of some literatures is tested and verified to be not exactly right.
