本文提出了一种新的容器焊接残余应力液压消除法。分别给出了该方法的压力计算式、剩余残余应力计算式以及液压法压力与容器水压试验压力的相互关系。该方法简单、易行、有效,对压力容器的生产具有极大价值。

This paper proposed a new hydranlic method to relieve weld residual stress in pressure vessel. The pressure calculating formula in this method, the formula of calculating the unrelivable residual stress and the relationship between the hydraulic method's pressure and the vessel test pressure have been given respectively. This is a simple, easy effeetive method.
