摘要
在抗生素生产过程中会产生大量的高浓度回收釜底残液 ,由于它很难生物降解 ,因此 ,在排入污水厂前必须进行预处理。经研究 ,把青霉素釜残与化学合成釜残混合后 ,采用酸析 -絮凝的方法处理这部分废水 ,其COD平均去除率可达 91.79% 。
It could produce massive highly concentrated recycling cauldron bottom residue during antibictic producing,it must be treated.After research,it was treated by the acid to separate and flocculation as the cauldron bottom residue of penicillin with chemical synthises being mixed.Its COD average removing rate may reach 91 79%,the prime cost is only 1/10 of bourning down method.
