摘要 目的 :为了更好地监控运动员 ,保护运动员的身体健康 ,保证竞技体育的健康发展 ,寻找尿中雄烯二酮检测方法具有重要的意义。方法 :利用GC/MS法对尿中相关甾体激素进行检测。结果 :单剂量口服雄烯二酮后引起了强烈的代谢反应 ,尿中各相关甾体激素浓度如雄酮、苯胆烷醇酮、5α3α雄烷二醇、5 β3α雄烷二醇、表睾酮、睾酮、雄烯二醇、雄烯二酮及脱氢表雄酮的结合物的浓度迅速增加 ,并且出现睾酮与表睾酮的比值 (T/E)大于 6的现象 ,国际奥林匹克委员会 (IOC)将T/E >6作为判断滥用外源性睾酮的依据 ,本研究结果证明T/E大于6 ,也可能是外用了雄烯二酮。但外用睾酮使尿中睾酮浓度增加而且对表睾酮的影响不大从而导致T/E比值升高。本实验可以看出 ,口服雄烯二酮后表睾酮的浓度也迅速升高 ,并出现表睾酮的浓度大于IOC限定的 2 0 0ng/ml的范围。随着代谢时间的延长 ,5 β代谢物的浓度明显高于 5α代谢物 ,导致雄酮 /苯胆烷醇酮 ,5α3α雄烷二醇 /5 β3α雄烷二醇比值减少。 结论 :对运动员的尿样进行日常监控是控制运动员滥用内源性甾体激素的最好途径。 AIM:Androstenedione is one of endogenous androgens misused in sports.The aims of this study are to forbid the misuse of androstendione,protect the health of athletes and to assure the development of sports.METHOD:The relevant steroids in urine were detected by GC/MS.RESULT:The concentration of androsterone,etiocholan-3α-ol-17-one,5α-androstane-3α-17β-diol,5β-androstane-3α-17β-diol,epitestosterone and testosterone increased after 50 mg androstenedione administrated orally,especially the conjucates of androsterone and etiocholan-3α-ol-17-one.The ratio of testosterone to epitestosterone (T/E) increases,even the value of T/E>6.The value of T/E>6 is defined as misused exogenous testosterone by IOC Medical Commission,while in fact the value of T/E>6 may be caused by misused androstenedione.Misusing testosterone only increase the concentration of testosterone and no influence on the concentration of epitestosterone,but misusing androstenedione can result in increasing the concentrations of both testosterone and epitestosterone sharply,even the concentration of epitestosterone is more than 200 ng/ml over that of the limit of IOC.The ratios of 5α metabolites to 5β metabolites are decrease visibly.CONCLUSION:This study showed that monitoring and control the urinary endogenous steroids of athletes by GC/MS facilitate to forbid androstenedione misused.
