THE ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF MARINE LUMINOUS BACTERIA FROM THE SEA AREA OF YANTAI

摘要 在烟台黄海海域所捕获的鱼的内脏和体表分离得到27株海洋发光细菌,经生理、营养和形态学的特性鉴定为三个种:Photobacterium Phosphoreum, Vibrio orientalis和V.splendidus biotype Ⅰ.其主要表型特征和已报道的相一致.根据文献,V.splendidus biotype Ⅰ属世界罕见,至今它是我国分离成功的第二株,V.prientalis,和V.splendidus biotype Ⅰ,此外,实验证明分布于整个黄海. Twenty-seven strainS of marine Juminescent bacteria isolated from the internal organs and body surface of marine fish which were captured in the Huanghai Sea near Yantai were submitted to a physiological, nutritional and morphological characterization. The identified strains were grouped into three species: Photobacterium phosphoreum, Vibrio orientalis and V. splendidus biotype Ⅰ. The principal phenotypic characteristics of the identified strains are identical with the previously reported strains of above three species respectively.According to the literature cited, the strains of Ⅴ. splendidus biotype Ⅰ were rare in the world. And, so far it was the second strain successfully isolated in our country. In addition, the essay proves that Ⅴ. orientalis and Ⅴ. splendidus biotype Ⅰ are distributed all over the Huanghai sea.
