摘要
硼砂 氢氧化钠缓冲介质中利用锰 (Ⅱ )催化过氧化氢氧化甲基麝香草酚兰褪色为指示反应 ,建立了测定锰的动力学光度新方法。方法的测定范围是 0 2 0~ 4 0 0 0 μg·L-1,表观活化能E =73 2 4kJ·mol-1,表观速率常数k =5 6 2× 10 -4·s-1,方法检出限为 6 4× 10 -10 g·mL-1。结合离子交换分离用于蒙药样品中痕量锰的测定 ,结果满意。
A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry method for the determination of trace manganese based on the oxidation reaction of H 2O 2 with methylthymol blue in Na 2B 4O 7-NaOH medium has been developed. The range of the determination range was 0.20-40.00 μg·L -1. The apparent activation energy and apparent rate constant were 73.24 kJ·mol -1 and 5.62×10 -4·s -1, respectively, and the detection limit was 6.4×10 -10 g·mL -1. The method has been used to determine trace manganese in Mongolian medicine with satisfactory result.
