摘要
对上海7个城市公园内的人工湖泊浮游植物组成、个体数量和生物量进行了调查,结果共发现浮游植物6门,25属,个体密度为1.0×108~9.3×108ind·L-1,生物量12.4~407.3mg·L-1.利用有关生物学指标对这些水体的营养水平进行了评价,结果除2个公园水体处于中等营养水平外,其余5个均处于富营养化水平.
The species composition, density and biomass of phytoplankton in seven man-made lake of Shanghai city are investigated. All phytoplankton observed belongs to 25 genera, 6 phyla. The density of phytoplankton is between 1.0×10~8 ind·L^(-1) and 9.3×10~8 ind·L^(-1), biomass between 12.4 mg·L^(-1) and 407.3 mg·L^(-1).The trophic levels of these lakes are assessed by using related biological standards. The results show that two lakes belong to mesotrophic water body, the rests belong to eutrophic water body.
