介绍了抽氢气装置的工艺优化情况,并对改造前后催化剂使用情况进行了比较,该甲烷化技术在φ(CO)=2.7%,压力为7.0MPa时的工业化应用为国内首创。
The optimium operation condition for hydrogen-extracting unit was introduced in this article, the service effect of catalyst before and after revamping of the unit was also described and compared.The industrializing application of 7.0MPa methaned process is an example of successful initiation at home.
