法经济学是运用包括效益在内的经济学方法和价值观研究分析评判法律问题的方法。本文试图从经济学角度研究经济法的社会效果与功能 ,分析探讨实现经济法高效益的途径。

The legal economic theory is the way that use both the economic method and the value concept to analyze the legal problems.This paper attempt to probe the social effect and its function from the view of economics,and try to find the way which can obtain the high benifit of the economic law.
