短梗霉多糖3O立升发酵罐发酵研究 被引量:9

摘要 在(?)瓶研究工作的基础上,对本实验室诱变筛选到的高产菌株进行了30立升发酵罐发酵试验,对底物转化率达到56.37%水平.发酵产物经酶水解分析和红外光谱分析确证其为短梗酶多糖. 30L jar fermentation of pullulan with high productive strain, N518,which had been obtained by mutagenesis in our lab was studied. A conversion rate of 56. 37% was obtained. The product was identified by enzyme hydrolysis and IR spectrum analysis.
