烟草抗赤星病的诱导因子谱研究

摘要 6种诱导方法测定表明,3种化学物质、非病原细菌的3个菌株、赤星菌6个菌株均可程度不同地诱导烟草对赤星病的系统抗性,抗性诱导效应最高可达71%.化学、细菌因子以叶面喷洒和灌根诱导效果较好,赤星菌株以叶面悬滴和叶面喷洒效果较好. With 6 methods of inducing treatment and droplet inoculation of challenge, the induced resistance of tobacco to brown spot was testified. The inducers include 3 chemicals, 3 strains of non-pathogenic bacteria and 6 strains of brown spot pathogen. All of the inducers show function of inducing systemic resistance of tobacco to the disease. The better effects of resistance induction are given by the inducer IRDl,of chemicals,by the strain C2,of non-pathogenic bacteria,and by strain TBA33.,of the pathogen strains, respectively. Among the 6 methods of induction treatment, leaf spraying and droplet are better for the pathogen strain inducers. while leaf spraying and root pouring for the chemical and bacterial inducers.
