On the Development of the Western Hermeneutics in Terms of the Establishment of the Humanities

解释学自身的发展同人文科学存在着密切的联系 ,这种联系与时俱进 :西方解释学历经从方法到方法论再到本体论的三个阶段 ,并实现了从人文科学的辅助性学科到人文科学的哲学基础的转变。该过程贯穿着对人文科学本质的反思 ,以及从理论上对地位的重新确立 ,这构成了解释学自我发展、自我完善的内驱力之一 。

The development of the Western hermeneutics is closely connected with that of the humanities. This relationship develops as the times go on: it has passed though three stages from methods to methodology, then to ontology, and thus realized the transformation from an auxiliary discipline attached to the humanities to one of their philosophical foundations. The whole course has embodied much reflection on the essence of the humanities, and rebuilt its theoretical status, which becomes a drive for the self-development and self-perfection of hermeneutics and is of much help to understand the nature of the Western hermeneutics.
