摘要
对Google Answers进行考察,从问答模式、收费机制、用人政策和交互机制等方面剖析Google Answers的特点,并与图书馆开展的网上参考咨询服务进行比较分析,提出图书馆网上参考咨询应增加问答模式的灵活性及与用户的交互性,局部尝试引入商业服务的某些合理机制,开展有偿服务;引入约束和淘汰机制,以激发咨询人员的工作热情等。
Through the careful look into Google Answers, this paper analyzes the characteristics of asking and answering questions, the charge-fee mechanism, researcher policy and interaction practices, and makes a comparative study with web-based reference service of the library, stressing on their implications for web-based reference service of the library. In author's opinion, Google Amswers has found a new model of fee-based and web-based reference service. In addition, a reference service mechenism suitable to the market need has been developed, which has got rid of the restriction of web-based reference services of the library and profound implications for library to explore an effective and sustainable business model.
