Construction of digital libraries is a systematic engineering, which relies greatly on the protection of intellectual properties. As one of the most important parts of such a construction, the intellectual property protection has to be enhanced in each field of digital library, development. Different types of information should be protected in different ways depending on the legal form of information. Obligee share incentive plan should be established. License system can be used in the transfer and trade of digital resources. Moreover, special technical measures should be taken to protect the lawful rights and interests of intellectual property rights obligee.
