套筒石灰窑下拱桥损毁分析及改造的可行性研究 被引量:4

摘要 分析了马钢套筒石灰窑烧成带镁铬砖及镁铝尖晶石砖损毁的原因,认为该砖的手工成型生产工艺导致强度低、高温下氧化铬的挥发、碱金属与氧化铬化合生成水溶性铬酸盐而流失、氧化-还原性气氛的变化产生体积效应等是镁铬砖损毁的主要因素,水化问题是镁铝尖晶石砖损毁的主要原因。为减少污染、提高寿命、提出了砖型改变和烧成刚玉预制件的改造方案。 After analyzing damages of the magnesium chrome bricks and magnesium aluminium spinel bricks in the burning zone of the bushing kiln in Masteel, it is concluded that the main factors causing damages of the magnesium chrome bricks are low strength resulted from the manual formation process of the brick, the volatilizing of chrome oxide, loss of water-soluble chromate combined from alkali metals and chrome oxide and volume effects caused by change in redox reaction atmosphere; and hydration is the main factor for the damage of magnesium aluminium spinel bricks. In order to reduce pollution and increase the service life of the bricks, it is suggested to make some change in the formation and to prepare alundum prefab.
