韩国企业在中国的投资与中韩经贸关系展望

The Investments of ROK in China and Prospects of Sino-Korean Economic and Trade Relations

中韩两国建交 12年来,经贸关系迅速发展,给双方都带来了利益。近年来,韩国企业对华投资快速增长,已成为我国主要的外资来源之一。由于韩国在我国利用外资的地位不断上升,韩国企业在中国投资的发展趋势值得关注。本文利用大韩贸易投资振兴公社 2004年最新的调查结果,分析韩国企业在中国投资的基本特征、经营状况,进而对于今后如何改善和促进中韩经贸关系提出若干建议。

Since China and ROK established diplomatic relationship in 1992, rapid economic and trade developments have brought benefits to both sides. In recent years, the investments of ROK enterprises have become one of the major sources of FDI in China. Using newly released survey of KOTRA, the authors analyze the characteristics of Korean investments in China. On such basis, they offer some suggestions for improving Sino-Korean economic and trade relations.
