Many fabrication method of the reticulated ceramics perform were introduced in this paper which analyzed the merit and weakness of all kinds of methods.Precursor immersing abilation is the most convenient and economic method,the progress prospect of reticulated ceramics perform in metal matrix composites was described and some problems which are going to be solved in the next step were put forward in the paper.
