DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH RATE LOADING TEST CONTROL SOFTWARE FOR INSTRON MACHINE

本文介绍了最近为INSTRON 电液伺服控制试验机所开发的高速加载试验控制软件DTest的功能及其所攻克的主要技术难关,并通过岩石动态断裂韧度试验的实例,说明了经开发的INSTRON高级试验机是在中等应变速率加载范围内进行高速加载试验的理想工具。

In this paper, the newly developed high rate loading test control software for the INSTRON machine is introduced. Its functions and difficult key problems are analyzed thoroughly and deeply. With the determination of the dynamic fracture toughness of rock as an example,it is demonstrated that the developed INSTRON machine is a realistic tool for rock mechanics tests in the moderate strain rate range.
