文章给出了1999-2003年全国电力系统110(66)kV及以上高压断路器的装用情况,重点对其在运行中的事故及障碍情况分别按类型、电压等级、事故责任分布进行了统计分析,对发生拒动、误动、绝缘、载流、外力及其他不同类型故障的原因进行了分析,总结了高压断路器故障反映出的制造质量、改造更新、检修管理与检修质量、进口或合资企业产品的市场准入、高压断路器合-分时间要求和开断能力试验考核、绝缘性能、绝缘拉杆松脱断裂、发电机-变压器组扩大单元接线中发生非全相运行时发电机保护等方面的主要问题,并提出了技术对策和防范措施。

The condition of installation and operation of 110 (66) kV and the above high voltage circuit breaker in the natbn - wide power system in 1999 -2003 was given in the paper. According to the type, voltage grade and fault responsibility, the condition of fault and obstacle in operation was analyzed, and the reasons for mal- operation and different type faults caused by insulation, current and outside force were analyzed. The paper summarized the major problems reflected by high voltage circuit breaker fault such as the production quality, transform and update, overhaul management and quality, market access for imported products or the products of joint ventures, the requirements of switching time and breaking capacity test of high voltage circuit breaker, insulation property, breaking of the insulation tie - rod, generator protection of generator - transformer unit in non - all - phase operation. The technical countermeasures were also put forward.
