摘要
文章介绍了高效低污染可调双通道煤粉燃烧器的原理和特点,以烟台发电厂2号炉燃烧器的技术改造为例,将下一次风喷口改为高效低污染可调双通道煤粉燃烧器。分别进行了炉内冷态空气动力场试验、热态燃烧调整试验和低负荷燃烧试验。试验结果表明,锅炉燃烧器改造后使其燃烧稳定性增强、锅炉启动用油减少、飞灰可燃物降低等。文章对无烟煤、贫煤锅炉设计、运行和改造具有一定的参考作用。
The paper introduced the principle and features of high efficiency,low pollution,adjustable two -pass pulverized coal burners with the retrofit of burners of No.2 boiler in Yantai Power Plant as example,the lower primary air jets were retrofitted to the high efficiency,low pollution,adjustable two -pass pulverized coal burners.The cold state aerodynamic field test,hot state combustion adjusting & test and tow - toad combustion test of furnace conducted separately showed that,after the retrofit of burners the stability of combustion was enhanced,with the oil consumption for start - up of boiler reduced and the combustible matter of fly ash decreased.The paper has a certain reference role for the design,operation and retrofit of the boilers burning anthracite and lean coal.
