摘要 湛江发电厂1、2号锅炉再热器长期存在超温的问题,其主要原因是热偏差。通过分析试验数据和其他同类型四角切圆燃烧器改造的成功经验,决定采用顶部二次风反切一定角度的改造方案,通过燃烧调整试验,找出了较为合理的锅炉燃烧优化运行方式,使湛江发电厂1、2号锅炉再热器超温问题得到解决。 Overtemperature problems of No.1 & 2 boilers' reheaters had existed for a long time of period in Zhanjiang Power Plant,its main cause was heat deviation.Through the analyses of testing data and successful retrofitting experiences with the other similar type corner tangential combustion,the retrofitting scheme of reheater and arc tangential of burners was obtained,and through the combustion adjustment and tests,the more reasonable optimized operation mode of boiler combustion was found out and finally the overtempera -ture problems of No.1 & 2 boiler' s reheaters in Zhangjiang Power Plant were resolved.
