摘要
通过测定上染曲线和色度参数,分析了分散红(TR 14)、黄(TY 02)、蓝(TB 07)三种热转印水性油 墨在经架桥处理过的涤棉织物上的皂洗变色牢度,以及三种油墨之间的混色性能。结果显示,三种油墨在涤 棉织物上的皂洗牢度达4级;两色相混或三色相混后的皂洗牢度,除蓝 黄相混达不到要求外,其余均在3级 以上。造成油墨混色后皂洗牢度下降的主要原因是染料结构,即被混油墨结构差异越大,牢度下降越显著。
Color fastness to soaping of three water-based inks such as Red TR-14, Yellow TY-02 and Blue TB-07 and their mixing property on the bridge-linking polyester-cotton blended fabric are analyzed in detail via exhaustion curve and chromatic parameters. The results show that soaping fastness of three inks on polyester-cotton blended fabric reaches grade 4, inks mixed by the above two or three together reaches grade 3 or more except for the mixture of blue and yellow. The reason for fastness decrease is caused by the dye structures, the bigger the difference of the structure is, the larger the fastness will drop.
