Steaming process and steamer in printing

阐述常用印花蒸化机、圆筒蒸化机和长环蒸化机的特点,分析了各种蒸化机存在的问题,并就分散、 直接、活性、还原和酸性染料等印花织物的蒸化工艺条件进行讨论,提出了改进蒸化机的具体措施。

This paper introduces the characteristics of normal steamers, such as steamer for printing, cylinder steamer and loop steamer, problems of the above three steamers in processing are pointed out. As different dyes require different steaming equipment, the detailed process and demands for reactive, vat, direct, disperse and acid dyes are given, measures to improve the steaming effect are put forward.
