由于内容和运行本身的特点，网络影响着青少年的品德结构，尤其是知、行结构。面对网络的发展，我们应主动参与，提高主体认识，改变德育方法，对网络积极加以利用，努力提高德育水平。

The network has negative influences on the composition of moral, especially on the moral knowledge and moral behavior, owing to the substantial information , jumbled content and the specific property of the network. Confronted with the development of network, we should take part in it actively, improve the knowledge of main body, change the teaching ways and manage to improve our level in moral education, trying to take advantage of it.
