A Survey of the Relation among Wang Jian, Zhong Rong and Jiang Yan

王俭和钟嵘对江淹的评价有许多不实成分；在诗歌创作上，钟嵘主张树立“准的”，江淹主张“兼爱”，二者观点相悖；在《诗品》中，钟嵘对“江淹才尽”事件的记载有着十四年的偏差．存在自相矛盾现象。

There are some untruthful elements in Wang Jian and Zhong Rong's comments on Jiang Yan.On poetry creation, Zhong Rong suggested 'accuracy', Jiang Yan favored 'incorporation', which was just opposite to each other. In his works On Poetry, Zhong Rong made a mistake in recording the time of the accident of 'Jiang Yan lost his talents', which was 14 years apart, and also contradictory to one another.
