摘要
对特定科技成果的转化进行测评,应明确坚持分类测评的原则,在此基础上设计了测评指标体系,并以几种典型的科技成果转化为例进行了简单的分析,提出科技成果转化的测评在新时期应注意的问题。
This paper designed an index system of evaluating the transform of scientific and technical achievements, and conducted case studies on several typical scientific and technical achievements. Finally, the author indicated the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of evaluation.
