制造业技术创新能力评价与比较研究——以长三角为例

An Evaluation and Comparison of Technological Innovation Ability ofManufacturing Industry

制造业是技术创新的主要承担部门。目前对技术创新的研究侧重于企业层面,对产业的技术创新能力研究较少。分析了产业技术创新能力的概念、内涵,提出了产业技术创新能力的评价指标体系,并就长三角地区部分产业的技术创新能力进行了实证分析,提出了相应的政策建议。

Manufacturing industry undertakes ultimate liability in the process of technological innovation. At present, the research on technological innovation lays particular emphasis on the level of corporation, whereas pays less attention to the level of industry. In this article, the author explains the conception and connotation of the ability of industrial technological innovation. Based on them, the evaluation index system of industrial technological innovation is built up. Then the technological innovation abilities of medical industry and electronics and communication equipments industry in Jiangsu are analyzed vertically and horizontally by living examples. In the end, the author puts forward policy proposals to improve industrial technological innovation ability.
