摘要
论述了高新技术企业实施知识管理的重要性,并对企业知识管理活动、综合优势形成和知识管理的基本要素进行了系统分析,提出了高新技术企业知识管理的相关策略,可为高新技术企业加强知识管理和可持续发展提供借鉴和参考。
This article describes the importance of knowledge management in high & new technology enterprises, and analyzes the knowledge management activities, the forming of enterprises' comprehensive advantages and the factors influencing knowledge management. Finally, the authors propose the related tactics of knowledge management in order to provide reference for high & new technology enterprises to strengthen knowledge management and their sustainable development.
