摘要
以辊棒废料为主要原料,在CaO -BaO -SiO2 -Al2 O3 体系中,采用常压低温快烧工艺,研制出含铝量小于6 0 %的高性能中铝瓷球,通过XRD、SEM和各项性能的测试分析,讨论了BaO相对MgO而言对中铝瓷球的性能影响。结果表明:其磨损率为0 .0 4 37% /h ,密度为3.1 731g/ ,与CaO -MgO -SiO2 -Al2 O3 体系中在相同条件下研制的中铝瓷球和市售90瓷球相比,磨损率降低了1 3.80 6 7% ,密度比MgO系提高了2 .0 88% ,白度与它们相近。
In the study, used roller waste to prepare a kind of high performance and medium-alumina ceramic balls, used low-temperature-fast-sintering process in CaO-BaO-SiO 2-Al 2O 3 system, containing alumina less than 60%. The performance influences of the balls were studied by BaO with XRD,SEM and test performances of the balls. The results were shown that wear rate was 0.043?7%/h,density was 3.173?1?g/.It was compared with performances of preparing medium-alumina ceramic balls in CaO-MgO-SiO 2-Al 2O 3 system and 90 balls in marketing, wear rate was reduced 13.806?7%, density was raised 2.088% than the balls in MgO system,color is similar comparing with them.
