摘要
分析了两种单相软开关电路的等效性及应用范围,给出了一种Buck-Boost软开关电路.仿真结 果表明,该电路可实现输出升降压式功率因数校正,同时可实现开关器件的软开关.
A buck-boost soft switch circuit is proposed by analyzing the equivalence of two types of single-phase soft switch circuits and their applicable scope. The simulation results show that the prosposed circuit can accomplish both correction of the output buck-boost PFC and soft-switching of the switch devices.
