摘要
用外科手术法对4头牛进行了胆囊手术,分别埋植两种不同类型的异物,用 A 型超声波和 B 型超声波诊断仪对牛黄形成过程讲行了定期探测。超声波诊断结果与手术取黄结果进行了比较,结果二者之间基本相符。实验表明:B 超声波探测是判断牛黄培植是否成功,检测牛黄在胆囊内的生长情况以及确定适宜的取黄时间的可靠的检测方法。
We have made the cholecystomy for 4 cattle and Put in two Kinds off oreign metters respecftvely We inspected periodicly about forming bezoar through A—Ultrosonic wave and B—Ultrosonic wave.The result of inspe- cting by ultrosonic wave is similar to that of taking off bezoar by oper- ating.The experiment showed that B—Ultrosonic wave could inspecte wh- ether bezoar Culture is sccessful or not,and the growing sase of bezoar in gallbladder.We could decide when we should take off bezoar from ga- llbladder by B—Ultrosonic wave.
