摘要
本试验用太平洋鲱(Clupea pallasi)中分离获得的异尖线虫1型幼虫对鸡、犬经口投服,通过不同时间剖检得出异尖线虫1型幼虫总投服数与钻入组织虫休数比率,鸡为9.25%(5/54),犬为4.62%(3/65),鸡、犬被异尖线虫1型幼虫感染率均为50%。对犬胃肠病变进行组织学检查,可见粘膜下的嗜酸性粒细胞(Eosinophilicgranular cell)轻度到高度浸润,形成嗜酸性脓肿(Eosinophilic abscess)及嗜酸性新生肉芽(Eosinophilic granulation)。文中对异尖线虫1型幼虫钻入组织及所形成的病变,开始出现嗜酸性粒细胞时间作了讨论分析,证明异尖线虫1型幼虫对鸡、犬具有感染力和致病性。
Hens and dogs were fed the larvae of Anisakis type Ⅰ separated from Clupea pallasi.It was found that the ratios of entering organism to total number of feeding was different between hens and dogs.The ratios of hens and dogs were 9.25%(5/54)and 4.62%(3/65)separately.Infecting rati- os by the larvae of Anisakis type Ⅰ were both 50%.Eosinophilic granular cells under mucous membrane were moist from light to serious through histology inspeting to stomach intestine lesion of dogs.The test proved that the larvae of Anisakis type Ⅰ had infection and pathogenicity to hens and dogs.
