摘要
本研究采取试管苗和苗期的双重选择方法筛选的山杨优良无性系,经苗期数量性状方差分析,抗性检验,主要遗传参数估算,已选择出银山5号、山银6号、欧山3号三个优良无性系,其特点具有生长快、抗性强、遗传力稳定的特性。高生长比对照(当地山杨)增加30～50%,径生长增加30～40%,广义遗传力达90%。早期苗性状方差分析达显著和极显著水平,遗传增益为15～20%,因此提出该三个无性系可作为重点推广的山杨优良无性系。
The excellent populus dsvidiana clone was chosen and cultivated during the period of tube and seedling stage.Using variance analysis,resistance test and estimating main genetic parameter,we chosed not three exce llent clones,P.alba X P.davidiana No.5,P.davidiana X P.alba No.6 and Populus tremula.L No.3.They have the characteristics of fast growth,high resis- tance and persistent heritability.Their height was 30～50 percent more than that of local Populus davidiana,and their diameter growth increased 30～40 percent.Their broad-sense heritability could reach 90 percent.Their gene- tic gains were 15～20%.The difference of variance analysis of early seedl- ing stage formation was remarkable,and the selective index was reliable. So were commend these three clones as widely spresaded Populus davidiana excellent clones.
