摘要
我们测定了伊沙 B300父系和母系母鸡血清中 GOT、GPT、LDH 的活性和钙瞬含量,并探讨了300日龄蛋鸡生产性能的有关指标,旨在为育种工作提供科学依据。试验结果,GOT、GPT、LDH 活性和钙瞬含量与蛋鸡生产性能相关程度不同。其中 GPT 对蛋鸡生产性能相关极显著(P<0.01),GOT 和 LDH 与蛋鸡生产性能相关不显著(P>0.05)。为此我们进一步进行了 GPT 活力与主要产蛋性能的比较试验。
We determined the activity of GOT,GPT and LDH and the content of Ga and P in serum of Yisha B300 male and femal lines.We studyed the i- ndex about the laying property of 390 days hens in order to provide scien- tific basis for breeding.The experimental result showed there were difer- ent correlation coefficient betwee the laying property and the activity of GOT,GPT,LDH or the content of Ca and P.The correlation between the laying property and GPT is significante at 1% level,so we further com- pared the main laying property with the activity of GPT.And the correl- ation between the laying property and GOT or LDH are not significant。
