With the industrial development of sports facility, both a new explanation to the connotation of sports facility and a reasonable framework should be hold in our mind. Expounding the social foundations which impact on the changing connotation of sports facility, this paper set up a reasonable category and framework system, This will make the conception of sports facility more perfect and abundant.
