旧城边缘区整治方法与策略——以天台赭溪治理建设为例

我国多数城市具有一定的历史遗存区,在城市开发中会面临历史遗存区与城市新城区之间的过渡区域的治理问题,将此过渡区界定为旧城边缘区。文章分析了日城边缘区的特点与优势,提出旧城边缘区面临的问题,并结合天台赭溪治理建设的实例,探讨了该区域的治理方法与策略。

In our country , many cities have an area of history heritage, between the history heritage area and the modern area, there is a special district that we give a definition 'the edge area of old city'. In this article we analysis the characteristics and advantages of this area, and according to the questions this area being faced with, we try to find out the strategies of how to harness and construct the edge area of old city with the example of the harness and construction of Zhexi area in Tiantai city Zhejiang province.
